Offsite Program Coordinator

• Administer surveys and focus groups as needed
• Analyze all available data to provide class/technology/goal information
• Produce observation reports and findings

• Review RFPs to assess eligibility and capacity to complete a proposal
• Collaborate with the grant writing team on program design, budget, and narrative
• Review and edit completed proposals

Reports to Senior Program and Partnership Manager of Offsite.

Work closely with Program Managers, COO, CFO, and CEO.

Work schedule is generally 9 am - 5 pm, Mon - Fri.

Some schedule adjustments and evenings are required to facilitate programs and oversee projects.

• Bachelor’s degree
• Eligibility to work in the United States
• Experience working with children in traditional or non-traditional learning environments
• Ability to solve problems and work independently with attention to detail
• Strong project, planning, and time management skills are essential
• Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and communicate with multiple staff members and partners in an efficient and professional manner

• $45,000 - $55,000 per year
• Option to have 72.5% of insurance paid after 3 months
• 401K with up to a 4% match after qualifying conditions are met
