About the Role
ADES seeks an Offshore Installation Manager to oversee rig operations, safety, and client relations. The role requires 15+ years in drilling operations and leadership experience. Responsible for managing emergencies, rig moves, and team development.

Responsibilities
- Organize and supervise activities of drilling, marine and maintenance departments to effectively carry out management and command functions
- Communicate with Rig Manager to review and discuss client's projected well program
- Manage and review execution of drilling program in coordination with Client Representative and rig department heads
- Make decisions regarding utilization of equipment and ensure proper maintenance
- Ensure availability of optimum quantity of rig supplies, parts, materials, fuel, etc.
- Plan, approve, and supervise rig activities such as equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance, repairs, etc.
- Plan operations with Marine department for rig move activities
- Act as command team leader during emergency situations
- Act as primary client contact onboard the rig regarding service provision
- Maintain proper logs and records, submit required reports
- Mentor, develop and train team to ensure safe and effective operations
Requirements
- Minimum High School or Vocational/Technical Qualification
- Minimum 15+ years of working experience in drilling and workover operations with renowned drilling contractors
- Minimum previous experience of 2 years as a Senior Tool Pusher or OIM
- Fluent in English (written & spoken)
- PC literate in Microsoft Office
- Valid Well Control (Well Sharp / IADC) Certificate
- Valid MODU OIM Licenses

Job Summary
- Superior authority onboard the rig for operational safety, efficiency, drilling integrity and client relations.
- Provide onboard leadership and direction for department leaders to meet client drilling program requirements while considering company procedures and allocated rig budget.
Roles & Responsibilities

- Plan, approve, and supervise rig activities such as equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance program, repairs, etc.
- Plan operations with Marine department for rig move activities.
- Assess new drilling location considering water depth, seabed conditions, weather, etc.
- Obtain necessary permits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for rig move.
- Act as command team leader during emergency situations.
- Act as primary client contact onboard the rig.
- Maintain proper logs and records, submit required reports.
