Offshore Completion and Well Intervention Supervisor

Role Overview

Location and Work Scheme

• The work location is Qatar offshore.
• The work scheme is rotational, with 28 days on and 28 days off.

Core Operations

• Supervise completion and well intervention operations in an offshore oil and gas environment.
• Manage completions, workover, slickline, E-line, coiled tubing, stimulation, and wellhead maintenance operations.
• Manage associated service companies and interface safely and efficiently with production and drilling teams.
• Oversee smart-completion equipment design, function, testing, deployment, and recovery.
• Manage rig control lines of up to eight lines and oversee complex subassembly preparation and running.
• Support surface wellhead and Christmas tree maintenance operations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Extensive knowledge of completions and workover operations, slickline, E-line, coiled tubing, stimulation, and wellhead maintenance is required.
• Knowledge of smart completions, control-line management, and long or complex subassemblies is required.
• At least 10 years of oil and gas experience and eight years of offshore exposure are required.
• The candidate must be safety oriented and able to interface effectively with production and drilling teams.

Preferred Systems Experience

• WellView, Office Suite, operations planning, and SAP experience is a plus.

Certifications

• IWCF Level 4 Well Intervention or Drilling certification is required and must be renewed every two years.
• T-BOSIET certification is required and must be renewed every four years.
• H2S certification is required and must be renewed every two years.
