Job Summary

We are looking for a results-oriented

Offline Marketing Manager

with strong experience in

Modern Trade (Organized Retailers)

and

Specialty Markets (independent retail stores)

.

The role will focus on driving in-store visibility, executing trade marketing initiatives, and supporting sales growth through impactful offline campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute
  • trade marketing strategies

Posm (Point Of Sale Materials)

  • development and deployment
  • Ensure strong

  • Work closely with sales teams to align

  • Track competitor activities and retail trends
  • Monitor budgets and ensure effective utilization of trade marketing spend
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in
  • offline/trade marketing
  • , preferably in FMCG or retail.
  • Strong experience with
  • modern trade accounts and independent retailers.
  • Solid understanding of
  • merchandising, promotions, and retail execution.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
