Job Summary
We are looking for a results-oriented
Offline Marketing Manager
with strong experience in
Modern Trade (Organized Retailers)
and
Specialty Markets (independent retail stores)
.
The role will focus on driving in-store visibility, executing trade marketing initiatives, and supporting sales growth through impactful offline campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute
- trade marketing strategies
- across modern trade and specialty retail channels
- Collaborate with major retailers to implement
- in-store promotions and activations
- Manage
Posm (Point Of Sale Materials)
- development and deployment
- Ensure strong
- shelf visibility, merchandising, and planogram compliance
- Coordinate
- product launches, sampling activities, and in-store events
- Work closely with sales teams to align
- promotions and distribution strategies
- Track competitor activities and retail trends
- Monitor budgets and ensure effective utilization of trade marketing spend
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in
- offline/trade marketing
- , preferably in FMCG or retail.
- Strong experience with
- modern trade accounts and independent retailers.
- Solid understanding of
- merchandising, promotions, and retail execution.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
