Officer - Treasury Back Office

Manage end-to-end processing and settlement of Fixed Income, Equities, Repo, and Reverse Repo transactions.

Validate and authorize treasury transactions booked by Front Office teams, ensuring accuracy and completeness of trade details.

Process Bonds, Sukuk, Treasury Bills, UAE M-Bills, EMTNs, and other investment securities throughout their lifecycle.

Monitor and process coupon payments, profit distributions, maturities, redemptions, and corporate action events.

Handle equity settlements and corporate actions including dividends, stock splits, bonus issues, and rights issues.

Process Repo and Reverse Repo transactions, including collateral management, interest calculations, and maturity settlements.

Ensure timely settlement and confirmation of transactions with custodians, counterparties, brokers, and clearing agents.

Perform daily reconciliations of securities positions, custodian accounts, Nostro accounts, treasury systems, and GL balances.

Support treasury accounting, regulatory reporting, audit activities, and period-end closing processes.

Drive process improvement, automation initiatives, UAT activities, and operational enhancement projects.

5-8 years of experience in Treasury Operations, Treasury Back Office, Securities Operations, or Capital Markets Operations.

Hands-on experience with Bonds, Sukuk, Treasury Bills, M-Bills, Equities, Repo, and Reverse Repo products.

Strong understanding of securities settlement, custody operations, corporate actions, and treasury reconciliations.

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Economics, or a related field. ACI/CISI certification is an advantage.
