Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent Shutdown, the Maintenance Materials Officer is responsible for coordinating, verifying, staging and tracking maintenance materials within the maintenance yard to support the safe and efficient execution of weekly maintenance and shutdown activities.
This role coordinates materials between warehouse, maintenance and shutdown teams, ensuring items are checked, organised and ready for work order execution. It does not include warehouse duties such as receipting, picking or inventory management.
This is a permanent full-time role which operates on a 8/6 FIFO roster from Perth or DIDO in the Pilbara region.
High Risk Work Licence - Forklift (LF)
Telehandler competency/licence
Current C Class Driver's Licence
Strong organisational and material tracking skills.
Ability to interpret work orders and parts lists.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
Pronto experience (desirable)
Rigging or Dogging licence (desirable)
