Position Details
Loss Prevention Officer - Lead role in the hotel's Loss Prevention and Security function.
The position is full time, non-management, and located at Salwa Road in Doha, Qatar.
Loss Prevention and Emergency Duties
- Audit key control, operate the electronic key cabinet, and manage master keys, radios, and pagers.
- Patrol hotel areas, assist guests with room access, and monitor CCTV and alarm systems.
- Respond to accidents and emergencies, contact EMS, and provide first aid or CPR when necessary.
- Calm disturbances, escort unwelcome persons out of the hotel, and request external assistance when needed.
- Complete incident reports, daily shift activity reports, and loss prevention summaries.
- Maintain confidentiality and provide security information only to authorized persons.
Team and Property Support
- Assist management with training and motivation, assign work tasks, and ensure timely completion.
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, and injuries.
- Protect company property, follow safety and quality standards, and support colleagues respectfully.
