Role Information
The role belongs to the Loss Prevention and Security department at Westin Hotels & Resorts.
The position is full time and non-management.
The role is based at the hotel in Doha, Qatar.
Security and Loss Prevention Duties
- Audit key control procedures and operate the electronic key box.
- Issue and receive master keys, radios, and pagers and store them securely.
- Patrol hotel areas and assist guests with room access.
- Monitor CCTV and alarm systems.
- Complete incident reports, daily shift activity reports, and loss prevention summaries.
- Maintain confidentiality of security reports and documents.
Emergency and Guest Assistance
- Respond to accidents and contact emergency medical services when necessary.
- Provide first aid or CPR when required.
- Assist guests and employees during emergencies.
- Notify appropriate personnel about accidents, assaults, and other incidents.
- De-escalate disturbances and escort unwanted persons from the hotel.
- Request external assistance when necessary.
