Responsibilities
- Maintain understanding of NC KSA policies and ensure consistent application
- Monitor changes to Saudi Labor Law and update policies accordingly
- Visit NC KSA campuses to provide supportive HR service to employees
- Monitor Employee Liaison Appointments and Queries through Freshdesk
- Contribute to planning and delivery of induction program for new employees
- Provide support, training, and guidance on policy application
- Liaise with Finance for payroll, benefits, and vacation entitlements
- Liaise with Government Relations for GOSI, MHRSD, Muqeem duties
- Lead performance management processes and handle staffing issues
- Maintain confidential employment related records and reports
- Coordinate HRIS and ATS queries and improve processes
- Lead recruitment process including job descriptions, advertising, interviewing, and offers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a Bachelor's degree with a professional HR qualification
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in HR
- Knowledge of Saudi labor laws and regulations
- Experience administering HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Arabic
- Excellent IT skills, especially Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to act with professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
- Proven ability to multi task, work under pressure, meet deadlines, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Excellent customer service, negotiation, problem solving, and organizational skills
