Overview

• Responsible for fostering a positive organizational culture and enhancing employee engagement across the company.
• This role supports the development and implementation of initiatives that promote values alignment, employee well-being, and a collaborative work environment in line with the company’s strategic goals.
• Design and implement culture and engagement programs that support organizational values and strategic priorities.
• Collaborate with departments to identify engagement needs and tailor initiatives accordingly.
• Coordinate employee feedback mechanisms such as surveys, focus groups, and listening sessions.
• Support leadership in driving culture transformation and change management efforts.
• Organize and facilitate workshops, town halls, and recognition events that reinforce company culture.
• Analyze engagement data and prepare reports with actionable insights.
• Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion through targeted programs and communications.
• Manage internal communication strategies that support transparency and employee connection.
• Maintain documentation of engagement initiatives, participation metrics, and outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and ethical standards in all engagement activities.
• Monitor budget and resources allocated to culture and engagement programs.
• Ensure all engagement activities uphold quality standards and contribute to a safe, inclusive workplace.
• Assisting in the planning and developing policies that guide the service implementation process.
