Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily operations of the office and accommodation facilities
- Ensure the office, common areas, and accommodation are clean, organized, safe, and well maintained
- Coordinate and oversee domestic helpers' schedules, attendance, and daily routines
- Monitor staff performance and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate facility maintenance and repairs when required
- Handle day to day operational issues and resolve employee concerns professionally
- Conduct routine inspections and prepare operational reports
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Support management with administrative and operational tasks as required
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Floor Supervisor, Office Supervisor, Housekeeping Supervisor, or similar supervisory role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Good organizational, administrative, and problem solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- UAE experience is an advantage
