Position Details

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily office administration and coordination activities.
• Maintain physical and digital project records and files.
• Scan, upload, and archive project and legal documents.
• Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, correspondence, and other office documents.
• Follow up on applications, approvals, permissions, and NOCs.
• Manage correspondence, emails, and courier records.
• Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and prepare meeting minutes.
• Support management with reports, presentations, and project updates.
• Maintain vendor, customer, and employee records.
• Ensure confidentiality and proper document record keeping.

Requirements

• Graduate degree in any discipline.
• Two to three years of experience in construction.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Good drafting, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
