Role Description
- Provide administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth daily operations
- Manage correspondence, organize documents, schedule meetings, and maintain office records
- Assist executives with administrative tasks
- Coordinate communication between internal teams and external partners

- Prepare reports, handle basic data entry, and ensure office supplies and resources are organized and available
Qualifications
- Strong clerical skills, including document management, data entry, and record keeping
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with colleagues, partners, and customers
- Experience with company secretarial work, such as organizing meetings and maintaining official records
- Background in executive administrative assistance, including scheduling, calendar management, and task coordination
- Customer service skills to support travel agents and partners in a professional and courteous manner
- Proficiency with office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email, and scheduling tools)
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work accurately in a fast paced environment
- High level of integrity, discretion, and attention to detail
- Previous experience in travel, hospitality, or a related field is an advantage
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related discipline preferred
