Role Description

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Manage correspondence, organize documents, schedule meetings, and maintain office records
  • Assist executives with administrative tasks
  • Coordinate communication between internal teams and external partners
  • Support customer service activities when needed
  • Prepare reports, handle basic data entry, and ensure office supplies and resources are organized and available

Qualifications

  • Strong clerical skills, including document management, data entry, and record keeping
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
  • Effective communication skills for coordinating with colleagues, partners, and customers
  • Experience with company secretarial work, such as organizing meetings and maintaining official records
  • Background in executive administrative assistance, including scheduling, calendar management, and task coordination
  • Customer service skills to support travel agents and partners in a professional and courteous manner
  • Proficiency with office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email, and scheduling tools)
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work accurately in a fast paced environment
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and attention to detail
  • Previous experience in travel, hospitality, or a related field is an advantage
  • Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related discipline preferred
