- Prepare reports, update records, and ensure document accuracy
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams as required
- Keep office records organized and up to date
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Office Secretary or Administrative Assistant
- Strong filing, record management, and organizational skills
- Experience in invoice generation and document preparation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and maintain attention to detail
- Experience in the car rental industry will be an advantage
