Role objective
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and day-to-day facility readiness across the company office and the Managing Director’s nearby residence.
Support cooking, shopping, supplies, inventory, routine repairs, deliveries, and basic administrative errands.
Core responsibilities
- Clean and maintain office areas and the nearby residence once daily.
- Prepare meals and maintain kitchen hygiene.
- Purchase groceries and premises supplies while monitoring inventory.
- Identify repair needs and coordinate approved electricians, plumbers, AC technicians, and other vendors.
- Receive deliveries and complete basic administrative errands.
Required background
- Relevant housekeeping and cooking experience.
- Ability to manage shopping and basic budgets.
- Ability to coordinate vendors and work independently.
- Trustworthy and punctual work habits.
