Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and manage all procurement and contractual aspects of projects related to site procurement
- Advise requisitioning units on procurement issues and provide support throughout the procurement cycle
- Prepare and distribute requests for quotations and manage quotation evaluations
- Coordinate administrative matters such as office space, procurement tools and files, inventory, and auditing
- Attend meetings related to administration and procurement
- Maintain office systems
- Liaise with staff in other departments, e.g., finance, HR
- Perform any other tasks as requested by the Chief of Unit
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Preferred)
- 1 year of experience as Office & Procurement Administrator (Preferred)

Job Description
- Office & Procurement Administrator (Female Own/Spouse Visa)
Responsibilities
- Planning, developing, and managing all procurement and contractual aspects of projects related to site procurement
- Advising requisitioning units/Programme Units and recipient entities on the full range of procurement issues, providing support and guidance at all stage of the procurement cycle. Dispatching purchase orders (POs) and sending to Suppliers/Units/Programme Units originating requests.
- Preparing/overseeing preparation and distribution of the requests for quotations and managing/conducting all aspects of quotations evaluation.
- Coordinating administrative matters such as office space, administrative and procurement tools and files, inventory, auditing of procurement activities, etc.
- Attending meetings related to administration and procurement.
- Performing any other tasks as requested by the Chief of Unit.

- AED 2,000.00 AED 2,500.00 per month
Education
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
