About the Role
The role reports to the Chief Growth Officer and combines office operational leadership with high-level Executive support.
The position oversees the office support team responsible for functional operations at the busy North Terrace office, including the café.
The role may be available full-time or part-time at 0.8 FTE for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and direct the Office and Café Supervisor to ensure office and café facilities and services operate efficiently and meet high standards.
- Oversee daily workflows and priorities for the café team.
- Manage facilities-provider relationships for the smooth operation and presentation of the North Terrace and satellite offices.
- Deliver monthly staff engagement activities with the Café team.
- Provide Executive Team support, including meeting and event scheduling, travel arrangements and expense processing.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives assigned by the Executive Team.
Candidate Profile
- Experienced Office Manager and Executive Assistant with proven experience leading and managing an administration team.
- Strong people-management skills, including coaching, delegation and team support.
