Role Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations and administrative activities.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, facilities, and internal events.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, vendors, and service providers.
- Maintain accurate administrative records, documents, and reports.
- Support employee onboarding and day-to-day workplace needs.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, IT, and other internal departments.
- Monitor office expenses, budgets, purchase requests, and invoices.
- Ensure the workplace remains organized, professional, and efficient.
- Assist with company policies, procedures, and workplace requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related field is preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in office management, administration, or operations preferred.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
