Overview

  • At Sumerge, our Office Management provides the organization with the support needed to work effectively, improve, and maintain efficiency and productivity.
  • The team works directly with the management team, functions, and departments across the company as required.
  • Our ideal candidate helps create a focused work environment, guides and coordinates the activities of office personnel to achieve business goals.
  • Responsibilities* Coordinate and organize meetings while maintaining accurate administrative databases and records
  • Arrange travel logistics, including transportation and accommodation bookings
  • Plan and support company events, workshops, and conferences
  • Manage procurement and inventory of office stationery and IT equipment
  • Handle incoming correspondence, complaints, and general inquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Prepare and format official letters, presentations, reports, and other business documents
  • Supervise and support administrative staff to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Develop, implement, and maintain office procedures and administrative systems
  • Provide administrative support to HR and Finance functions as required

Requirements

  • 3 - **5 years of experience** in office administration or a similar role
  • Experience in coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, and office operations
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to prepare reports, presentations, and business correspondence
  • Bachelor’s degree in **Business Administration** or a related field
