Office Manager - Optometry

Work directly with patients from check-in through check-out

Manage patient scheduling and help keep the clinic schedule running smoothly

Verify medical and vision insurance benefits accurately

Clearly explain benefits, healthcare costs, and patient responsibilities

Perform optometric pretesting and other clinic responsibilities as needed

Learn to perform each staff role within the clinic

Help train and support a small clinic team

Prepare weekly clinic performance reports and other requested data

Ensure every patient receives an OUTSTANDING efficient, welcoming, and patient-centered experience

Previous medical office, optometry, or front-desk experience preferred but not requires

Prior experience coordinating daily office operations is a plus

Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software

Spanish-speaking ability is a MAJOR BONUS

Compensation based on proven experience and qualifications

Full-time, five days per week

Saturdays are required —they are among our busiest and most important clinic days

Performance-based bonus opportunities are available weekly
