Responsibilities

  • Provide full EA support to senior leadership, including complex diary and travel management
  • Coordinate meetings, agendas, and follow ups, ensuring actions are tracked and delivered
  • Act as a key point of contact, managing internal and external communications with professionalism
  • Oversee the smooth day to day running of the office
  • Manage vendors, suppliers, and office budgets
  • Ensure a professional, efficient, and well organised working environment
  • Handle sensitive information with absolute discretion
  • Provide support with ad hoc and occasional personal tasks as required
  • Maintain flexibility to support out of hours requirements when necessary
