Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Office Manager role based in Dubai.
The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, managing administrative tasks, maintaining office equipment, and ensuring smooth office functionality.
Additional responsibilities include coordinating with vendors, assisting customers, and fostering effective communication across teams to enhance overall efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications
- Must have at Least 5 Years Experience in PVC industry.
- Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration to manage daily operations and organize workflows.
- Experience in handling Office Equipment and ensuring proper maintenance and functionality.
- Customer Service skills to address inquiries and maintain positive client relationships.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) is highly desirable.
- Prior experience in an Office Management or similar administrative role is a plus.
