- Manage day to day office operations and administrative activities
- Maintain employee records and coordinate HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave, visas, and insurance
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate administrative and financial records
- Coordinate payroll related information, invoices, expense claims, and petty cash documentation
- Liaise with external service providers including IT, facility management, and other vendors
- Maintain office equipment, IT assets, and software license records
- Coordinate office procurement, inventory, maintenance, and facility services
- Organize meetings, travel arrangements, and company documentation
- Prepare reports, maintain databases, and ensure data accuracy
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations
- Provide administrative support to management and assist with special projects as required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or related field
- Knowledge and experience in accounting
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Excel
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills

Overview
- We are looking for an organized and reliable Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of the office and provide administrative support across various functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day to day office operations and administrative activities.
- Maintain employee records and coordinate HR related processes, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave, visas, and insurance.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate administrative and financial records.
- Coordinate payroll related information, invoices, expense claims, and petty cash documentation.
- Understand, coordinate and carry out all FTA related assignments of the organization by adhering to the auditing agency directives.
- Liaise with external service providers, including IT, facility management, and other vendors.
- Maintain office equipment, IT assets, and software license records.
- Coordinate office procurement, inventory, maintenance, and facility services.
- Organize meetings, travel arrangements, and company documentation.
- Prepare reports, maintain databases, and ensure data accuracy.

Qualifications
