With our office strategically located near Hamad International Airport, we provide innovative solutions to complex engineering challenges.
We are looking for an experienced, organized, and proactive Office Manager to oversee our daily operations and lead our administrative team.
What You'Ll Do
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
- Supervise and support administrative staff, including receptionists and assistants.
- Manage office budgets, track expenses, and process invoices.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers for office maintenance, supplies, and equipment.
- Develop and implement office policies, procedures, and systems to improve efficiency.
- Handle HR-related administrative tasks, including onboarding, leave tracking, and employee records.
- Liaise with government entities for company registrations, permits, and renewals.
- Organize meetings, events, and travel arrangements for management and engineering teams.
- Ensure compliance with Qatar Labor Law and company policies.
- Manage client communications and coordinate with project teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in office management, administration, or a similar leadership role.
- **Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.** Knowledge of Arabic is a strong advantage.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software.
- Experience with budget management and vendor negotiation.
- Valid QID (Qatar ID) and NOC (No Objection Certificate) preferred.
- Knowledge of Qatar's regulatory environment and business processes.
- Nice to Have:
- Experience working in engineering, design, or construction industries.
- Experience with HRIS or project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, SAP).
- Knowledge of airport area business operations.
