Responsibilities
- Oversee the whole office operations by organizing policies procedures; preparing payroll; designing filing systems; reviewing and approving supply requisitions; assigning and monitoring clerical functions
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as managing telephone calls, maintaining accurate records, preparing proposals and invoices, scheduling meetings and keeping manager’s calendars up to date
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Assist the organization's HR function by keeping personnel records up to date, arranging interviews, etc.
- Maintain office staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
Requirements
- Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken English)
- Topnotch planning and organizing and problem solving skills
- Peerless attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Candidates on Sponsorship visa are preferred

Job Overview
- We are a growing insurance broker network looking for a female office manager who will strengthen our Dubai network head office.
- The office / admin manager is expected of the day to day admin activities.
Requirements
