Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, appointments, and daily priorities
- Provide executive and administrative support to the Company Owner
- Coordinate with internal departments, clients, developers, and external stakeholders
- Oversee office administration and ensure efficient daily operations
- Follow up on tasks, projects, and deadlines across the business
- Assist with real estate documentation, listings, CRM management, and operational coordination
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Requirements
- 3 5 years of experience in UAE real estate industry
- Experience in Abu Dhabi real estate highly preferred
- Previous experience as Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or Personal Assistant supporting senior management
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and UAE property portals (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle)
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic
- Currently based in UAE
- Must hold a valid UAE residence visa (own visa/family sponsored/freelance visa)

Overview
- We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Office Manager / Executive PA with a strong background in the UAE real estate industry to provide executive support to the Company Owner while ensuring smooth day to day office operations.

Salary Range
- From 6,000 AED to 8,000 AED per month.
