Overview
- We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to lead the day to day operations of our Abu Dhabi office.
- The role is office based five days a week.
- The role
- Reporting to the Regional Managing Partner, you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the office, supporting fee earners and leading a small support team.
- Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for day to day office operations
- Supporting fee earners to ensure a professional, client focused environment
- Managing and developing a small administrative support team
- Overseeing facilities, suppliers, health & safety and compliance
- Working closely with colleagues across the region and London
- About you
- You will be an experienced office management professional who enjoys taking ownership, leading by example and creating a well run, positive working environment.
- Experience in a law firm or professional services environment
- Background as a legal secretary or senior support professional
- Proven people management experience
- Highly organised, proactive and confident working autonomously
- Strong relationship builder with a flexible, collaborative approach
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- UAE visa/immigration knowledge desirable but not essential
