We are looking for a highly organized and proactive
Office Manager
to oversee daily office operations and support a productive and efficient work environment.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy administration, coordination, and ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations.
As an Office Manager, you will work closely with internal teams and management to maintain office efficiency, coordinate administrative tasks, and support operational activities across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and administrative activities.
- Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
- Organize meetings, schedules, and internal company events.
- Maintain office records, filing systems, and operational documentation.
- Support onboarding coordination and workspace setup for new employees.
- Assist with HR and administrative support tasks when required.
- Handle incoming communications, inquiries, and office requests.
- Ensure office procedures and company policies are followed effectively.
- Support management with reporting, coordination, and operational tasks.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving mindset.
- Professional attitude and sense of responsibility.
- Previous administration or office coordination experience is an advantage but not required.
