Denplex for Building & Contracting is seeking a reliable Office Girl to support daily office operations, including maintaining cleanliness, serving refreshments, handling calls, and assisting with administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the office, pantry, meeting rooms, and common areas
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, water, and other refreshments to staff and visitors
- Answer incoming telephone calls and transfer them to the appropriate personnel
- Assist office staff with daily administrative and office support tasks
- Organize, maintain, and update filing systems for company documents and records
- Handle photocopying, scanning, and document distribution when required
- Monitor and replenish pantry and cleaning supplies
- Welcome visitors and direct them to the relevant department or personnel
- Ensure office facilities are clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Perform other office support duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
- Basic communication skills in English
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain a professional attitude
- Honest, reliable, and punctual

Job Summary
