Role Overview

  • Volga Tigris Marketing Agency is looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to join our expanding team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage multiple client projects from onboarding through completion.
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal departments, ensuring clear and timely communication.
  • Develop project timelines, schedules, and task allocations to ensure on time delivery.
  • Coordinate the work of creative, content, design, web development, SEO, PPC, social media, video production, and branding teams.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively identify potential delays or risks.
  • Schedule and lead internal project meetings, documenting action items and follow ups.
  • Ensure all client deliverables meet agreed quality standards and deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and status updates.
  • Track project milestones, budgets, and resource utilization.
  • Assist Account Managers in preparing proposals, presentations, and project plans.
  • Coordinate client approvals, revisions, and final deliverables.
  • Ensure seamless collaboration between internal teams and external vendors when required.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, account management, or operations within a digital marketing agency or creative agency.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services including SEO, Google Ads (PPC), Social Media Marketing, Social Media Management, Content Marketing, Website Development, Branding, Graphic Design, Email Marketing, Marketing Automation, Video Marketing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong problem solving and decision making skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
