Office Coordinator, Administrator

We're looking for someone who is organized, dependable, eager to learn, and takes pride in being the person others can count on.

You'll be successful if you have:

• 1–2 years of experience in administration, office coordination, project coordination, construction administration, or a related role.
• Previous experience in construction, industrial, manufacturing, or oil & gas is an asset.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• A proactive mindset and willingness to jump in and help wherever needed.
• The ability to work independently while also being a strong team player.
• Strong follow-up skills and the ability to keep track of multiple tasks and deadlines.
• A desire to learn and grow within the construction industry.
• A positive, professional approach and the ability to build strong working relationships.

Gain hands-on experience supporting real construction projects while learning from experienced Project Managers and construction professionals.

The information you organize, documents you maintain, and tasks you coordinate directly help keep project teams productive and projects moving forward.

You'll support multiple projects and work with different teams, giving you the opportunity to expand your skills and learn something new every day.
