Role Overview
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across a 13,000-square-foot office.
Prepare the office so it is spotless and ready for staff operations every morning.
Work independently while maintaining professional presentation and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize workstations, meeting rooms, reception areas, corridors, pantry, washrooms, and common areas.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors and surfaces according to the cleaning plan.
- Empty waste bins and dispose of waste according to guidelines.
- Replenish hand wash, tissue paper, toilet rolls, and other consumables.
- Respond promptly to spills and messes and follow specific cleaning priorities.
- Maintain and properly store cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Report damage, maintenance issues, and safety hazards to the supervisor.
Requirements
- Understand basic spoken and written English and Hindi.
- Speak very basic English and Hindi for communication with staff and management.
- Plan and execute daily tasks without constant supervision.
- Prioritize cleaning tasks according to urgency and operational needs.
- Maintain a serious, responsible, professional, and well-groomed approach to work.
