Role Overview
Responsible for delivering high‑quality FM hospitality services across Modon assets, ensuring excellent customer experience, adherence to safety and food‑handling standards, and consistent service excellence.
Acts as a brand ambassador, maintaining professionalism, safety, and operational efficiency at all times.
Reports directly to the Soft Services Supervisor.
Operational Excellence
- Follow FM and food‑safety SOPs and work methods.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ensure strong customer experience and service excellence.
- Report defects, hazards, and unusual activities to the supervisor.
- Support team members and collaborate effectively.
- Complete site audits and follow supervisor instructions promptly.
Quality Excellence
- Adhere to BICSc, Food Safety, and HACCP standards.
- Maintain and update FM hospitality checklists and documentation.
- Respond positively to audit findings and corrective actions.
Health & Safety
- Follow safe‑work procedures and food‑handler best practices.
- Participate in toolbox talks and promote a safe workplace culture.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in Facilities Management, Hospitality, or Cleaning.
- Certifications such as BICSc, Food & Beverage Service, Customer Service, Food Handler, HACCP, or equivalent (UAE‑recognized) are an advantage.
Experience
- 2–5 years in Office Boy/Assistant, F&B, or similar roles.
Competencies
- Strong customer service skills.
- Team player with experience in fast‑paced environments.
- Basic English communication skills (written and spoken).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED1,800.00 per month
