Desert Falcon FC is hiring an Office Boy / Office Assistant to support office cleanliness, hospitality, document handling, supplies, deliveries, errands, and basic administration.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness across the office, meeting areas, reception, and common areas.
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments for the CEO, visitors, and meetings.
- Handle photocopying, printing, scanning, filing, and basic document preparation.
- Deliver and collect documents, letters, invoices, and other office materials.
- Purchase stationery and supplies, monitor stock levels, and notify the Admin team when supplies run low.
- Receive and organize deliveries and ensure items reach the correct department.
- Prepare offices and meeting areas for staff meetings and academy activities.
- Support administrative tasks, pitch and venue errands, uniform pressing, and equipment movement.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, and missing supplies to the Admin team.
- Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the Admin, Club Director, or Management.

- Maintain a professional, helpful, and respectful attitude when dealing with parents, players, visitors, and staff.
Pay
- Pay ranges from AED 1,523.12 to AED 2,247.30 per month.
Workplace
- Work is performed in person.
