Responsibilities
- Safely drive company vehicles for official business purposes
- Transport staff, management, clients, and visitors as required
- Collect and deliver documents, contracts, cheques, permits, and packages
- Coordinate submissions and collections from government departments, banks, clients, suppliers, and service providers
- Ensure company vehicles are clean, maintained, and serviced on time
- Monitor vehicle registration, insurance, Salik, fuel, and maintenance schedules
- Follow all UAE traffic laws and company policies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of office premises, meeting rooms, pantry, and reception areas
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments for staff and visitors
- Assist with office errands, photocopying, scanning, filing, and document organization
- Support administrative staff with day to day office tasks
- Monitor and replenish pantry, cleaning, and office supplies
Requirements
- Minimum High School education
- Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)
- Minimum 2 years of UAE driving experience preferred
- Good knowledge of Dubai roads, locations, and government offices
- Basic English communication skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Honest, trustworthy, punctual, and well organized
- Physically fit and capable of handling office support duties
- Can work long hours
