Role Overview
- As an Office Boy, you will be the backbone of our office’s daily comfort and cleanliness.
- Your role is essential in keeping the workplace tidy, organized, and welcoming for both our professional team and visiting clients.
- You will handle everything from preparing refreshments to managing office supplies and assisting with light administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Office Cleanliness & Maintenance: Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the office, including the reception area, meeting rooms, workstations, and kitchen.
- Hospitality & Guest Services: Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments politely to management, staff, and clients during meetings.
- Filing & Document Handling: Assist the team with basic office tasks such as printing, scanning, photocopying, and organizing physical files.
- Errands & Deliveries: Run local outdoor errands, distribute internal documents, and receive incoming mail or courier packages.
Compensation
