We are looking for a reliable, energetic, and trustworthy Office Boy to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining office cleanliness, handling daily errands, serving refreshments, and assisting staff with administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Office Maintenance: Clean desks, dust office equipment, and ensure common areas (kitchen, meeting rooms) remain tidy throughout the day.
• Refreshment Service: Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and water to staff, management, and visiting guests.
• Errands & Deliveries: Run outside errands such as fetching lunch, purchasing office supplies, paying utility bills, or handling bank deposits.
• Document Handling: Assist with photocopying, scanning, printing, and distributing files or mail to different departments.
• Inventory Control: Monitor kitchen and cleaning supplies, and inform management when stock needs to be reordered.
