LIMRA in Abu Dhabi is hiring an Office Boy to maintain office cleanliness, serve refreshments, handle document delivery, and assist with basic office tasks. The role requires a high school education, reliability, and good communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of office premises including workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, and restrooms
- Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors
- Deliver and collect documents, parcels, and office supplies as required
- Assist with photocopying, scanning, filing, and other basic office tasks
- Monitor and replenish pantry, cleaning, and office supplies
- Support office setup for meetings and events
- Handle banking, courier, and other external errands when required
- Dispose of waste and ensure proper hygiene standards are maintained
- Report maintenance issues or shortages to the supervisor
- Perform any other duties assigned by management
Requirements
- High school education or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
- Basic reading and communication skills
- Physically fit and able to perform routine office duties
- Honest, reliable, and punctual
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Well groomed with a positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of office hygiene and safety practices
