Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with potential prospects via email, WhatsApp, and phone calls
- Coordinate closely with the on field sales team and maintain a structured follow up schedule
- Translate client requirements into comprehensive technical quotations and Bills of Quantities (BOQs)
- Coordinate with Engineering department to verify material specifications and technical feasibility
- Serve as internal bridge between client facing representatives and production team
- Oversee preparation of sales related documentation and maintain project records
- Monitor project quotes and provide real time updates to management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or relevant field
- Previous experience in UAE construction, joinery, or interior fit out sector in an office based technical sales or estimation role
- Strong command of joinery materials (veneers, Corian, MDF, high pressure laminates)
- Ability to accurately interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Exceptional professional communication skills across email, WhatsApp, and phone
- High level of competence in managing data and utilizing detailed Excel sheets
- Strong analytical mindset and extreme attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple project streams simultaneously

Position Overview
- Ideal Designer Decoration Co. LLC is seeking a detail oriented and technically proficient Office Based Sales Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Coordination & Communication: Proactively engage with potential prospects via email, WhatsApp, and phone calls.
- Sales Team Support & Follow up: Coordinate closely with the on field sales team and maintain a structured follow up schedule.
- Technical Estimation & Proposal Preparation: Translate client requirements into comprehensive technical quotations and BOQs.
- Operational Liaison: Serve as internal bridge between client facing representatives and production team.
- Documentation & Project Tracking: Oversee preparation of sales related documentation and maintain project records.
- Performance Reporting: Monitor project quotes and provide real time updates to management.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a relevant field.

Pay
- AED 3,000.00 AED 5,000.00 per hour
