We’re excited to announce an opening for an Office Assistant to join our administrative team in Tualatin, Oregon.

What You’ll Do
- Reception/Front Desk: Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing a welcoming and professional presence.
- Conference Room Management: Organize and maintain conference rooms, ensuring they are ready for meetings and events.
- Receive and distribute incoming mail, manage postage and outgoing shipments, and ensure items are processed and routed appropriately.
- Client Engagement: Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner, both in person and over the phone.
- Office Supplies Management: Keep the office stocked with critical materials, from pens to plotter paper.
- Project Setup: Set up projects in various systems from a project intake form.
- Administrative Support: Assist with word processing, project filing, and spreadsheet tasks.
- Communication: Communicate with project teams and clients via various channels.
- General Support: Perform additional administrative tasks as needed.
