Responsibilities
- Assist sales and business development activities including lead generation and customer follow ups
- Coordinate with prospective and existing clients to understand requirements and provide support
- Manage client communications through emails, phone calls, meetings, and follow ups
- Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, sales reports, and business documents
- Maintain sales records, customer databases, and business correspondence
- Coordinate with internal teams, employees, and customers
- Assist in identifying new business opportunities and support sales team in achieving targets
- Monitor sales activities, prepare performance reports, and provide administrative support to management
- Assist Director and CEO in daily business operations while ensuring smooth office administration
