We are a fast-growing automotive trading company in Dubai looking for a reliable, organized, and hardworking Sales Assistant / Admin Executive to join our team.
Role Responsibilities
- Assist sales with daily showroom operations
- Handle customer follow-ups (calls / WhatsApp)
- Prepare invoices, receipts, and basic documentation
- Maintain records of car sales and stock updates
- Coordinate with buyers, sellers, and internal staff
- Support general admin tasks in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Female candidates preferred (Tagalog-speaking advantage)
• UAE Driving License
- Basic English communication required
- Experience in admin, invoicing, or sales support is a plus
- Good with computers (Excel / WhatsApp / basic systems)
- Organized, responsible, and able to work under pressure
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
