Role Description

  • Full time hybrid Office Assistant role based in Doha, Qatar with work from home flexibility.
  • Handle administrative tasks: answering calls, managing emails, scheduling meetings, maintaining records.
  • Support office operations: organizing files, preparing documents, data entry, reporting, managing supplies and equipment.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external visitors; ensure a tidy professional workspace.

Qualifications

  • Strong phone etiquette and professional communication skills.
  • Proven administrative assistance and clerical skills.
  • Ability to operate basic office equipment.
  • Clear written and verbal communication in English; additional languages an advantage.
  • Good organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask with minimal supervision.
  • Comfort with basic computer applications; experience with office software or scheduling tools a plus.
  • Previous office support experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work on site in Doha with hybrid flexibility.
