for the Accounts Payable Office Assistant include:

• Handling all mail and digital mail received every day.
• Dragging all digital mail into Docuware filing system
• Handling all scanning data into system
• Assisting with check run
• Assisting with reconciling vendor monthly statements
• Contacting vendors for missing invoices
• Setting up new vendors

• 1-3 years of office experience
• Familiar with Microsoft 365
• Ability to multitask
• Attention to detail
• Working well with team members and vendors
