Overview
- Create and post content on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Make simple promotional videos and travel-related posts.
- Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, and social media,
- Assist in ticket booking, hotel booking, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain customer database and follow-up with clients.
- Coordinate with team for promotions and campaigns.
Requirements: Minimum SSC And HSC (Graduation preferred)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Internet, Social Media)
Good communication skills in Bangla & English/Hindi.
Experience in social media marketing or video posting will be an advantage.
Creative mindset and active on social platforms,
Responsible, smart, and well-presented.
