- Answer inbound telephone calls.
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents.
- Plan and schedule appointments.
- Track Packages.
- Greet and assist customers at events.
- Driving company vehicles, running errands, delivering, installing and setting up.
- Help loading/unloading and fulfilling events.
- Cleaning and maintaining company property and equipment.
- Develop and implement organized filing systems.
- Support Event Planners and Production Team.
- Empty Garbage/sweep floor/basic cleaning tasks of all types.
- Perform all other office tasks and provide assistance at events of all types.
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Clean Driving Record.
- Strong Availability for work, we work all days of the week- and long/odd hours.
- Availability for regular company travel.
