Job Overview

  • We are looking for an experienced office administrator / personal assistant for our Dubai Office.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high level administrative and executive support to the managing director and CEO.
  • Act as a key point of contact, handling confidential communication and liaise with external stakeholders.
  • Handle travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate across multiple business units, ensuring smooth day to day operations and follow ups.
  • Provide HR functions like visa processing, cancellation, renewal, ejari renewal, business license renewal.

Requirements

  • Experience as an office administrator or personal assistant.
  • Proactive in providing high level administrative and executive support.
  • Ability to handle confidential communication and liaise with external stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.
  • Immediate availability preferred.
