- Coordination and scheduling of meetings and appointments, calendar maintenance, and preparation of meeting materials
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed, including data entry, document preparation, and record keeping
- Professionally and courteously greet and assist clients and visitors

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
- Office administration experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
