Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations and maintain an organized workspace
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment; coordinate with vendors for procurement
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail
- Maintain organized filing systems for contracts, invoices, and company records
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence for management
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements for team members
- Provide general administrative support to all departments
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations in office operations
- Manage office related invoices and coordinate with the finance team for payments
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including workspace setup and orientation

- Real Estate Office Administrator
