Responsibilities
- Recruit and hire experienced limousine drivers
- Conduct driver interviews and complete the onboarding process
- Process employment visas, Emirates ID, medical, and labor documentation
- Coordinate RTA training, E Test, and chauffeur induction at the approved RTA training school
- Maintain employee files and HR records
- Handle document controlling and office administration
- Coordinate with PROs, government departments, and internal teams
- Prepare HR reports and maintain attendance records
- Support daily office operations and administrative tasks
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR and administration within a limousine or transport company in the UAE
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and visa processing
- Experience with RTA chauffeur permits, training, and onboarding procedures
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
